«We have a lawful state». This is the affirmation made by some politicians, public officials, jurists, military men, etc. when they talk about their own country, especially in the present day parliamentary systems.
The truth is that 4300 years separate us from what possibly were the last lawful states in the world: the empire cities of ancient Mesopotamia.
After the introduction of anonymous currency, trade was greatly increased, but at the same time public institutions were conditioned by this instrument, which causes us to live in a real «state of fact», where it is the factual powers, which have the actual control.
Anonymous currency is a tool which leaves no judicial evidence, therefore it is an instrument which allows all sorts of pressures carried out without leaving any evidence and at the same time those who carry out such pressures are left unpunished.
If an individual or a group has acted unjustly against somebody, thanks to anonymous currency they have the possibility to try and bribe the judge or the court, which might incriminate them. However, if the bribe is not accepted, then the unsuccessful bribers may pay somebody to bear pressure on the people, which have rejected the bribe, without leaving any judicial evidence of this.
If an individual or a group feel their conscience aroused, discover the existence of a problem and wish to fight to find a radical solution to solve it, those who live off the problem may try in the first place to bribe the militants, and in the second place to bribe some person or persons to bear pressure on the militants to hinder their struggle on behalf of human evolution in their area of action.
Anonymous currency also allows the repressive systems of the states themselves to act with impunity as pressure instruments on behalf of factual powers, when they bribe forcefully enough the politicians who manage the state, irrespective of the party they belong to. The politicians who have let themselves be bribed, affirm that their citizens live in a «lawful state», while they show off their apparent and undeserved good image.
In all these cases, if anybody decides to start legal actions against the powers bearing pressure on them, in most cases the accuser becomes the defendant because of the lack of evidence.
What is true for anonymous currency is also true for the telematic anonymous currency (Altcoins such as Bitcoins) and for the not anonymous telematic currency which comes under control of a telematic network, whose administrators may alter its contents arbitrarily, in this case being the result the same, if the telematic currency network is in the hands of people who can take advantage of this control and are not answerable to anybody.
The transformation of the monetary instrument into a tool, which fosters transparency and responsibility, becomes then the most important political reform, because it will help the introduction of many other necessary reforms inside our society.
Every time there is a group injustice, there is a minority which benefits from it while a large majority is abused, so that all of us become victims in different degrees. The NASA and UNO reports confirm that «the rich» may put an end to our civilization. If we substitute «the rich» by «the factual powers» which bear pressure on individuals and groups which want to save civilization to transform it into a structure on behalf of living beings, we shall understand the situation better. Therefore, when it arrives, the monetary reform will not be a revolution of one part against the other, but in the long run, it will be a revolution for the benefit of all.
Which will be the first «lawful state» in the world after 4300 years? Its creation will mean also the beginning of the revolution of responsibility.
